-Received within a couple days, with lift gate delivery.
-Was easy to uncrate and assemble.
-Instructions were vague, but pictures make it easy to determine what needs to go where.
-Need to add supplied oil to crankcase.
-Started on first pull of rope.
-Takes a good pull effort to get the needed revolutions to start.
-Chock and gas shut-off levers are very accessible.
-On/Off switch is mounted on side of engine.
-Throttle is mounted on operator push bar.
-Electric start would be a nice option, but not offered.
-Pull rod to engage and disengage rear wheel hydraulic drive transmission is easy to access.
-Unit pushes easily when drive is disengaged
-Variable Drive hydraulic transmission that drives the rear wheels works well and forward/reverse responds quickly and smoothly.
-Ground speed is more than fast enough to keep-up with at full throttle and full forward drive bar position.
-Has plenty of power for blower size.
-The front swivel wheels can be bothersome is you have lots of exposed roots and furrows in your yard.
-70 bushel bag is easy to handle, plus dropping and reattaching the bag is simple.
-I really like the bag outer cover that directs the discharged air directly to the ground.
-The ground pick-up nozzle is easy to adjust, but I plan to make the adjustment quicker with modifications.
-When bag is near full, the back end gets heavy and causes the front to bounce, but can be counter acted by applying upward pressure on the operator push bar.
- Wet leaves require the nozzle be lowered closer to the ground which can be an issue in areas where the front wheels can drop into holes in the yard.
-Small sticks and the leafy drops made by squirrels seem to be sucked-up easily.
-I pretty much run at full throttle to get the suction I want. The noise is not to bad, but ear muffs would be recommended.
-High quality construction that supports being considered a commercial yard tool.
-Honda engine a plus.
-The transmission seems to be commercial quality to handle the weight and rugged environment this unit can be exposed to.
-Nice size gas tank, and I seem to be able to get seven bag fills per tank of gas. That's a lot of leaves.
-I wish there was a manual clutch between the motor and the blower, so I did not have to stop the engine to stop the direct drive blower when emptying the bag.
-Highly recommended if you don't want the inconvenience of using the competitors units.
-Check-out the videos of the different brands and models on YouTube before buying. Then you will appreciate the easy of use of the Little Wonder.
-Expensive, but feature rich for a value buy.
