Murray Spirit 4.5 works fine!

Snow's been pretty light this winter in Minnesota, but yesterday we got enough to warrant breaking out a gift from my sister-in-law: a Murray Spirit 4.5 HP single stage snow blower. She bought it who knows when, and it sat unused for the last several seasons, so first thing I did was get the motor cleaned out at the local small engine repair shop. Now it's trouble free and almost perfect for smaller to medium snowfalls. Even though it's got an electric start I haven't tried it - the manual start is an easy tug, and first pull starts it every time. It bogged down in the slushier stuff, and occasionally the snow clogged up in the blower tube, but on regular snow of 2-3" it did the trick. I had the energy to run up and down the sidewalk about 3 houses in each direction, it was easy and fun.
Only question I have is: how do I deal with the 2-stroke engine, with its need for oil in the gasoline. How do I mix it - or do I even need to? Is it handled automatically by the engine?
SNOWBLOWERSDIRECT RESPONDS: Yes, you do need to mix 2-cycle engine oil with gasoline. The 2-cycle oil that comes with the snow blower, and many that are sold, come in a 2.6 ounce container, which, for this model, has to be mixed with 1 gallon of gasoline (50:1 ratio). Once it is mixed, it can be added to the snow blower fuel tank.
