Machine worked well for a while & then developed a mechanical issue. Pressure Washer Direct was of little help.
I went to AR Blue Clean with the problem & they resolved the issue. I’m very pleased with their (AR’s) response.

I bought this for a vacation home where I can't really store a gas powered tool easily. For an electric pressure washer, it does a pretty good job. Its not as good as the higher PSI gas model I have at home, but for quick work here, it is light and easy to set up. My only complaint was it took about 10 minutes of running the first time for it to have consistent pressure without backing off. Since then it has been fine. I also appreciate how quiet it is, no need for ear protection at all.

Arrived relatively quickly given Covid-related shipping issues slowing online shopping these days. (Not complaining. Just noting).
Super easy to assemble and very straight forward. Feels like quality. Solid.
I’ve used it twice so far. Once to wash a very neglected car and using the soap, sit, power wash method. The results were great. Also power washed concrete walkway and the 2050psi worked like a dream. Made very quick work of the layers of sun Alex mildew.
Was easy to use. Love the start/stop feature, flexible tubing, and easy switch nozzles. Pretty darn quiet, too.

This is the first pressure washer I’ve ever owned. I’ve used others in the past. I used it to clean my deck and my deck storage box. It worked great. The only thing I couldn’t get it to work correctly what is the soap. But then after reading the directions I figured it out. The soap will not come out if you’re in the highest pressure settings. Having the wheels on it is great. It’s going to be very handy in the future.

Easy to assemble...does have a variety of nozzles to choose from. I wanted it to remove weeds from my brick patio...and to wash my cedar siding. It does take a while to do this...and, that said, you need to have somewhere for all the water to go since it takes a while. I guess I needed a little more power than it provides. I am happy with the product, but as a power washer, I really needed more power to save time and water.

The AR Blue Clean 2N1Electric Pressure Washer does a Great Job! It is the right product for my homeowner needs (annual cleaning of concrete). The performance and features are better than I expected.
However, it took ten days for the "factory direct" shipment to arrive. Parts (wand and screws) were missing from the sealed box. The online seller was able to get the missing parts in a reasonable amount of time from the manufacturer. Apparently, the parts were not put into the box before it was sealed in China.
