Brand new right out of the box. It didn't work. Contacted the manufacturer and they couldn't help fix it over the phone. Called Power Washer Direct back to tell them about the defective product and they said they couldn't help me since it had been hooked up. Not sure how I would have know it was defective without hooking it up. Not sure why they just wouldn't replace it and send me a new one. Now I have been waiting for several weeks and still no word on when I'll get my power washer back from the manufacturer that I paid for over a month ago. I would not recommend purchasing products from Power Washers Direct as they don't care about customers after they make the sale.

This pw does a great job when it runs but sometimes it stalls and draws locked rotor amperage because it cannot start and trips the breaker. This is rare but it happens. I have it on a dedicated circuit as well.

Bought this pressure washer used it once has absolutely no pressure takes and extremely large generator in order to run the machine which is not stated. It has been sitting in my closet as I have no use for it and I’m out of 800$ very disappointed

Im looking at the AR-630,AR-630-TSS,AR630-HOT.
Im curious as to what makes the pumps tolerate temperatures from cold,warm,and hot,respectively.
Is it piston to bore clearance? is there longevity or performance downfalls to selecting the hot vs the colder,as the cost difference is rather insignificant.

Bill. I would like to add 25ft or more to a 25ft pressure washer hose. I have the ar630 hot model and want to add another 25ft to the existing 25f hoset that comes with the unit. Do you have such a hose or can you lead me in the right direction. Part number or link would be great.
