Other than manufacturing delays that impacted delivery my experience was exactly what I expected. Mowers Direct kept me informed of the manufacturer delays. Assembly was quick and easy. The roller works exactly as I would expect. I have 3 acres of lawn (flat with small trees) and my 22HP lawn tractor pulled it with no problem even with pretty soft ground from recent heavy rain.

It pulls behind my JD mower real easy. Used it twice and see the difference in the lawn all ready, it was very bouncy. Not so much now. Instructions could of been better but I figured it out.

My lawn mower arrived missing the cotter pin and a nut, which were easily found at Lowes.
Other than that, everything was in perfect condition. Assembly instructions were easy to follow and I was rolling my lawn in no time.

Easy to assemble...timely delivery...quality product. I have an acre of very bumpy property, and I know it will take a few rounds of rolling it ( I like rolling after it rains when the soil is loose)....but it's already smoother even after just 2 rolls. Love it!

It was quickly delivered, faster than anticipated. I put it together as soon as it was delivered. It took me maybe 25 minutes to put together and fill it with water, and hitch it up to the mower. The mower pulled it with no trouble 17.5 hp Kohler craftsman mower..
I am slowly turning my mower into a utility tractor from hauling a 5'x8' trailer loaded with wood and etc. To cutting grass to plowing the field and leveling the ground with a box scraper, and a stone rake. Yes, I got a sleeve hitch on it. My little farm tractor.

Easy to assemble, like the light weight easy to move around. Make sure you push the plug in tightly.

Nice product - lightweight material but when filled with water really does a good job. Previously had an old roller from a neighbor, it kept needing repair and finally could no longer be repaired, so I purchased this roller and am very happy with it.

Does a good job of rolling lawn in spring when the soil is damp. Also, good for rolling in lawn seeding. Used in farm hay fields to roll (flatten & fill) some tractor ruts in wet areas. Used a large farm roller (cultipacker) for other larger ruts.
