Not What I Expected For The Cost

Putting this together was not as easy as it should have been. I couldn't find a YouTube video for this model on the website. It was very frustrating with only pictures to go by. Once I finally got it together it's okay. I'm not in love with the way the bagger comes on and off, and I wouldn't buy it again

Ok, I was very pleased when I saw what the lawn sweeper could do. There's a couple of minor issues. Instructions are so so, I have been an auto mechanic and a carpenter, and now a commercial construction project field super. Let's just say, the instructions could be better.
I also have a question, the tires and gears came installed on the machine, but there is a reference to sorry do not have them in front of my oil or grease like maintenance. I notice the tires as it is working have a good amount of side to side play. Is this normal? There was no mention of tightening or adjusting the tires on the initial setup. The rope to dump the basket is not good quality and could be something better like an u shaped pull handle. I will make something, and see if it works to let you know. Sorry, I am happy with it so much better than raking.

This probably is good for those that do not have many leaves. I was having to make numerous trip to dump as it did not hold the leaves in very well. Also, I had issues with the wheels dragging and not turning therefore not picking up anything. But my remedy was to mulch the leaves in rows and then use the sweeper to get the mulched leaves up and it worked pretty well. Probably, all in all, is probably a very good product, just too small for what I have to deal with.

The equipment had to be assembled after delivery. It was somewhat time-consuming, however, was easy for me to watch the progress of my teenage grandson putting it together. The instructions were clean enough (at least no questions were referred to me) and up testing it, it appeared to have been put together correctly.

For the $$$$ it is great. I needed to pick up pine cones and needles and took no time at all. The only thing I can say was bad was reading how to put it together. The pictures were not great.

The wheels have a plastic gear which drives the metal gear of the sweeper and the plastic gear was stripped after the third time I used the unit, rendering it useless. The wheel can be readily replaced, however, this could be a chronic problem.

Delivery was quick and the assembly of the unit was easy to understand. I'm not sure I like the pins instead of bolts holding certain components together though. I haven't used it yet, but I've had an Agri-Fab similar to this one for over 14 years and I know this one will work for some time.
