Once fully extended, it's uncontrollable except when using the soap nozzle at full extension. The plastic clamps don't hold the top sections in place, and the nozzle section moves around freely, making it a constant fight to aim it at what you're washing, especially at full extension.

This product is a great concept, but the clamps don't seem to hold the extension rods to a certain spot.
The poles need some sort of locking mechanism to hold it securely.

Great quality and very durable. Much better than others I’ve purchased in the past. Certain details are much more reinforced compared to others, also it’s much longer compared to others. And very affordable. Might have to buy me another here soon. You do have to be pretty strong to handle one of these though especially when very extended. Great for commercial use.

If you are a homeowner (once/twice a year) I'd get the 18'. I do side gigs 1-2 a week mostly houses and equipment but I do encounter so tall points!! I run the 24L 3/4 of the way extended at each section to improve stability. It's a 2 thumbs up buy for me... I hope this helps someone go ahead and buy it. No more sketchy spots hanging off a ladder.

The rod arrived in great condition. Very easy to set-up, connect, and install nozzles. Very stable when extended less than 18 feet, on a slight angle, and harnessed. When fully extended, I found it difficult to control when pressure washing my gutters, as I had to hold the pole straight up. The recommended harness was useless, as it could not hold the strap positions that I set for my body. I ended up using a 4 foot bungy cord as my harness. Used it for about 3 hours and it held up very well.

The first 2 sections are aluminum(lighter) the next 2 are fiberglass (sturdier). Much less effort to use at 18’ but I was able to get to the limited 24’ sections of my siding with this. Needed more water connections than it came with so I could use the quick release.

Brand new out of the box. Go to use it, get it vertical and the first section comes right back down. Wondered if it wasn't locked completely. Did it three more times and the same thing. We do this work nearly every day since 94. Disappointing purchase. Now we'll have to figure out a way to modify it, in hopes to get it to stay in the locked position.

Plastic Clasp Broken

It came with 3 plastic clasps to unlock/lock the extensions on. Upon opening the box upon delivery one of the plastic claps was broken on the telescoping wand. Had to use pliers to unlock/lock the clasp in order to extend the wand. The plastic clasps should be made of metal to prevent breaking. Very disappointed in the quality for the amount of money I paid.
