Not bad for the money, maneuvering without wheels is less than desirable. Tolerances for fitting the handle into the bottom portion are loose, doesn’t feel solid. It is nice that it comes apart though. Make sure to appropriately size the tips to your machine, not a one size fits all recipe.

Tips can easily become clogged due to debris in the water. You would simply need to clean the spray tips with a pin or blow out with an air compressor. A water filter can also reduce the amount of debris entering the pressure washer.

This is one of the best surface cleaners I’ve ever used, paired with a 4 gpm 4200 psi Simpson pressure washer it cleaned the driveway and sidewalks in no time. It was extremely quiet. Highly recommend this product.

I think this is a good Surface Cleaner for the Value. With that being said, as soon as I hooked it to my machine the handle was leaking from the inside. I immediately called Pressure Washers direct and in usual fashion they don’t stand by anything the sell and just say you have to take it to a local shop to fix it. I was told since I hooked it up they won’t take it back. I don’t know how else you would know if it doesn’t work. Last year a pressure washer I ordered from PWD had a pump malfunction and I brought it to the recommended shop that had it for 7 months until they gave it back. So I wasn’t doing that again. I had to now take apart the entire handle and re-seal all the connections and I got it working. Obviously, this was a manufactured defect and wasn’t sealed properly by the factory. I just wish this company would deal with a defective product they were selling instead of me having to stop business half the day to fix it myself.

Unfortunately, we do not have the technical knowledge to diagnose these types of issues and must follow the warranty process. We do recommend you contact the manufacturer BE directly at 561-688-9246 to start the warranty process if you have not done so yet. Most surface cleaners can be troubleshot over the phone due to the limited parts in them. If they are unable to troubleshoot the issue over the phone they have Local Service Centers that can also assist you and apply the warranty for servicing the unit. If their service doesn't meet your expectations, or if there's anything else we can please email us and we will be happy to help. Very good product. However, mine came with the bolts to assemble the handles but didn't come with the cotter pins. Had to run to Home Depot to get some which was an inconvenience as I live 30 minutes away. Hope they can fix this or future customers.
