The Aluminum frame Direct Drive PE-4013HWPAGEN is built to last. This unit now comes with 13" tires, double bend handle, hose hanger and gun wand holder. The PE-4013HWPAGEN is equipped with a GX390 HONDA Engine, Proven Industrial grade GENERAL EZ4040 pump and external uloader with bypass loop hose.

Great equipment by all means, the only thing that I wish they would've handled better is customer service. I recently ordered my pressure washer not too long ago and the aluminum came bent so the handle wouldn't fit. I reached back out to get it fixed and all I got told was that "It was aluminum and it was basically up to me to fix it" I spent a good amount of money ok this equipment and I really needed it so I just put up with it but I wouldn't buy from them again.

Only used it for about 6 hrs total but it’s been great starts, up easy, works great. Shipping was fast and came in perfect condition I paid for the lift gate option. I also purchased the 20-inch BE Whirlaway surface cleaner they go great together!!

Everything is good besides the wand, at least the one that came with mine. Wand didn’t screw in all the way and now has a leak that sprays through the connection which gets me soaked. Besides that, good product I’m happy with it.

This washer has been amazing to use, I purchased this unit for my side business as well as for personal use. I just broke the 20hr break in period and replaced the oil in the motor and pump as per the manual. After hooking up the water supply make sure to fill the pump and line by holding the trigger open on the wand until there is a steady stream before starting. Startup is generally very easy when you hold the trigger open on the wand as well, so easy my 5ft (barely) tall wife can pull start it with one hand while the other holds the actuates the wand.

50ft. Pressure Hose

This is the 2nd pressure washer from Pressure Washers Direct. The first one I ordered came with a grey non-marking 50 ft hose. The second one came with a black marking hose. When I’m cleaning concrete, the black hose leaves marks all over the concrete. Is there a way I can receive a non-marking hose for the black hose that leaves black marks?

You can also change brands if you would like since they are all universal, you would need a 3/8" Quick Connect for the proper connections.

I've only had it for about 3 months, but I have used it heavily on extremely dirty, never before cleaned 22 year old concrete. I have a lot of concrete surface to clean (thousands of square feet) and I am glad I didn't settle for less power.
This thing is powerful - you had better have both hands on the wand when you pull the trigger. The only negative thing I can say is it came out of the box with a flat tire, and it has gone flat again since airing it up.
It burns a lot of gas but it is 13 HP running at full throttle the whole time.
