Was told by your rep. that there was nothing they could do for me. Been working on it for days and still will not work. Very poor product & very poor customer service. Will never buy anything from this company & will not recommend it to anyone.

Mounted in corner of the garage for winter and summer use (washing tractor after snow blowing, washing/detailing cars, washing off riding mower, outdoor furniture, garage floor, etc. The 50ft pressure hose is long enough to wash truck parked anywhere on the cement apron.
I think it develops as much power as possible from a 110v 20amp circuit. It has a little performance than a cart-mounted 110v unit we have....maybe because the cart-mounted unit might be toned down a little for the average 110v 15 amp circuit.
The mounted pressure hose reel works very well. The fitting, where the hose attaches to the reel, was not at the correct angle, which required either trying to re-make that connection or making a half loop, with the hose, on the outside of the reel to allow an unstressed connection.
The components are industrial and perform as advertised and even better than I had expected.
The auto-off/on function works very well and, for me, is absolutely necessary for convenient damage-free use.
Consider how to mount this unit...it is substantial. I overkilled by spreading the load over 3 wall studs using 2x12's. The heavy end of the unit itself is attached through the 2x12's directly into the studs using fasteners equivalent to 1/2 inch lag bolts.

This pressure washer came packaged well and in perfect condition. Set up for it is very easy. It has a small footprint but performs well. There were no issues getting it up and running very quickly. The instructions (users manual) was very generic and had no mention of a couple of features like the soap injector. There also was no labeling on the main power switch showing on or off position. That was easy to fix with a label maker. Overall this is a good product that works well and fits in a small area.

This unit is complete and was ready to go right out of the box. The main reason why I went with this unit was because of its compact and how complete of a package it is at a reasonable price. Running on a 110v circuit, was also a plus so that we didn’t have to run a special circuit or plug. Overall this was a great purchase and the quality shows. I highly recommend this unit to anyone that is looking for a good alternative to the gas unit they are currently using. Commercial quality that looks like it will last a long time.
