Works With Electric Mowers!

I have a Greenworks 21 inch self-propelled mower. At first, I was unsure where to mount the checkmate, and I wasn’t sure how it would work out. But now, I’m about 15 mows in and it’s the best experience ever! The checkmate stripes the heck out of my lawn, and it’s not putting any additional strain on my mower. This thing works like a charm. The quality is much better than the plastic stripe kits.
The only negative feedback is that the installation instructions weren’t extremely clear. I received what looked to be a general instructions packet for multiple mowers and configurations, and I think it would be easier and inspire more confidence to have a set of instructions that is the closest match to your specific mower possible.
All in all, I highly recommend the CheckMate. I would say I tell all my friends, but then how’d would I dominate my neighbor's lawns!? Lol

I'm extremely happy with my purchase of this product. It's a great value and a high-quality product. Installation was quick and easy. I took maybe 15 minutes from the time I opened the package until I was out striping the lawn.

Great Product & Quality... But They Forgot The Hardware

I purchased this not knowing if I would be able to attach it on my Ego mower. Luckily, all I had to do was make a few cuts on each bracket to latch it onto the back rod.
However, the brackets are a bit too thick to have the Ego mower stand up with the striping kit attached (it barely hits the plastic frame and screw heads for the back rubber flap). I'd love to see them send me a different pair of thinner brackets to see if they would work for standing the mower up (as that is one of the best features about Ego).
I'd highly recommend them to add more mower brands that are compatible with this product.
Overall, I'm very happy with the product, my only complaint is that no hardware was sent with my order, it was like a kid getting a Christmas present that required batteries, and getting no batteries for it!

The kit works very well, it is robust so it will not break off. I had to make modifications for my Lawn Boy mower, but not a big deal. The product stripes nice.

The product works as advertised. The heavy weight of the hardware and the rollers is extremely effective at laying down the right type of grass. I do recommend using this attachment on one of the listed mowers. This thing barely, and I mean barely, bolts(with 3/8” holes drilled) to the two metal wheel brackets on my Craftsman M250. It leaves the lowest height settings unusable... luckily, I mow at 3.5” so that doesn’t bother me. The materials are very robust, yet they are some that you could easily source, fabricate, and use to build your own for cheaper. But having everything already done for you to slap together easily is obviously much more convenient. The good thing is that this striped will easily outlast this mostly plastic Craftsman. So when I’m ready to move on, it will easily detach and can be fitted however I like to whatever mower I choose.
