Product has good quality. Engine turns on quick. However, it seems like it has a mind of its own -- quite a challenge on slops.
I was also very disappointed two items.
1- shipping - they dropped it off 0.5 mile from my house. Had to get a tractor to lift and bring it to my property
2- The image shows that there is a vacuum hose. When I opened the box, there was no sign of it
customer support stinks also, as they shrug their shoulders on both issues...

Picks up leaves very well. Very heavy to back up. Starting up is not as easy as I had anticipated. When the bag gets full, it tends to want to pop the front wheels off the ground. I also bought the hose kit which I think is a little bit clumsy to use. However, it does work very well. The hose is not very thick, so I don’t know how long it will last. Time will tell.

I’ve worked with it for several weeks and it’s not that great, especially for what I paid. I think if my lawn was a smooth as carpet it would be great. But it has a rough time rolling over changing texture and always leaves some leaves behind. Not money well spent.

The first time I started it the self-propelled stopped in 5 minutes had to bend the belt bracket to align the pulley then would not shut off so also had to adjust the throttle.

Although my order was back ordered due to manufacturer supply chain issues I would recommend this product. It is built to last!!! I also did appreciate the constant updates by movers direct during the entire process from order to delivery!

It worked fine for 18 months. Of course that is two fall cleanups at my house. I took it to dealer for service and they said it needed a new drive belt which required taking the entire machine apart. Finding that hard to believe I called LB Direct who gave me the phone number of Billy Goat - "owing to COVID there is no Customer Service, call your dealer". This is March 2022! I would not recommend this machine.

My Billy Goat has made the fall leaf cleanup fast and easy. It clears the lawn, the street and the planters (with the hose attachment). It is as simple to use as a walk-behind lawnmower. Be sure to use ear protection because it is very loud.

Living in the woods I have trees everywhere, and this machine has done everything I thought it would do. Pine needles, leaves that are wet or dry, and small sticks worked very well on all. Now, where it only picked up 95% of the pine needles from the grass I’m very happy with the purchase. Only one thing wasn’t too thrilled about was how you have to raise and lower the deck. Kind of tight to get your hand in there and spin.
