Brass T Leaks In Under 2 Months

The brass T has developed leak near the pressure relief valve. Leaks are in the cast brass area. I can't tell if the pressure relief valve was over-tightened damaging the casing and causing a split, or it is a casting defect. We are running pressure at 40/60 psi so there is no way this should fail in under two months.

Works good. Easy installation as it is all prebuilt. Wire it up screw it in to your pressure tank and add you water lines. Doesn't get much easier.

Cut in pressure is 30 psi the cut out pressure is 50 psi that all worked great, however the low pressure cut off was 28 psi. And if pump runs continues it maintains 20 psi. The low pressure cut off should be between 12 and 15 psi. That’s why the switch did not work had to buy a new one
