Works great. Far better output to RV from generator than plugging in to 20 amp recep. with old adapter, no more amp pull-downs when A/C starts up. Elec on an even keel now.

I had looked everywhere I could. My last call should have been my first. The help I received from Electric Generators Direct was first class.

My Yamaha arrived and I installed it in the front compartment of my 26' 5th wheel. Lots of room left for my tool box, spare oil, electrical cords, etc. The gen is very quiet and we will be using it for the laptop computers and TV while camping. (Not while Sleeping.)
I bought the RV adapter to plug the 30 Amp camper power cable into my 6500 Watt Predator generator to run the A/C system and the microwave and lights. (It's mounted in the back of my pickup and the truck sits about 25 feet from the camper while in use.)
The adapter is a perfect size and heavy enough to handle 30 amps easily. I like the size and construction of this adapter. It gives me the feeling of confidence to protect my generator and my camper. It also fits in the small compartment under the rear seat of my Dodge Ram.
Although I didn't buy the Predator from EGD, the Yamaha, hourmeter, oil and the RV adapter all came from EGD and they were very helpful and patient with all my questions and phone calls until I made up my mind.
And- the prices are definitely unbeatable.

My BAD!!!

The purchase of this generator was for my wife's concession business. Normally power is provided at most events we have attended. Recently, we had the opportunity to attend a small Flea market to provide food and drinks but no power was available. This generator I thought would be just fine, why pay another $1000.00 for a super quiet Honda. MY BAD! The assembly was very easy, and it cranked on the second pull. Unfortunately, the noise of this unit was extremely loud and we could not use it for this purpose. Does anyone want to buy a brand new Generac 5500, only been cranked once and never been loaded? Time to buy a Honda! The Camco plugs that I also purchased are Great! Half the price of our local RV Dealership.
