Out of the box, the compressor functioned perfectly. The only issue I had was that it was very noisy. The cage rattled excessively. I took the front of the cage off, and it quieted about 2/3 of the noise. I had to purchase some pinch mold to install on the cage cover. For the price of the compressor, you would think QC would fix the issue. I think everyone they ship out is just as noisy as mine was.

We replaced the old compressor we had with this one but when it arrived there was some damage to it inside the box and we didn't notice until delivery was gone. Thank goodness they have a professional customer service department they replaced everything that was damaged! Kudos to them! We would buy from them again!

Trust me, I compared for days and days. Pulled the trigger and hit a bullseye. No damage on delivery. I ran my DA sander and painted my truck the next days, no issues keeping up. I kept waiting for the dreaded slowdown, never happened. I even keep the compressor next to the kitchen entrance from the garage. Not one complaint from noise, that quiet. Very nice ladies help on setting up delivery times and dates. Great experience, no problem. Don't understand all the complaints about the drain valve, it's one of the bottom folks. The tires are off the ground when upright, elements the flat bottom effect.

I got this compressor to replace my worn out pancake, and this is such a huge improvement. It’s very quiet, and it runs just fine on a 110V circuit. I did replace the drain valve on the bottom with an extended drain valve on a short hose, just to make it easier to get to, and that’s a nice little upgrade. Overall, I’m very happy with it.

Very Happy. Been waiting 30 yrs. to purchase something like this and as a DIY home owner it is really perfect. I am so cheap I can make Lincoln cry as I squeeze a penny so hard and I am very happy with this so far.

I’ve had the air compressor a couple months now and I really like. It works just fine for my needs. The only thing is the drain valve at the bottom darn near touches the floor, kind of a bad design. Other than that I would recommend it. It’s a good air compressor.
