Broke The First Time I Turned It On

Unfortunately, the flywheel shattered the first time I turned it on after setting it up. Dealing with the warranty process was terrible. Campbell forgot to send parts out and the communication was nonexistent. This compressor was for a shop, we use air every day. No apologies or care were given, the whole ordeal put a massive strain on my business. It took almost a month to get the unit repaired.

Purchased to replace an old IR SS3L3. The IR couldn’t keep up with air tools, this comp is much more efficient with the higher tank PSI. This compressor is a great choice for a single man or low air draw shop that doesn’t have available power for a 5hp. You will need to buy a regulator to drop PSI down, along with power cord with cord grip. The decibel level is only slightly lower than the IR, it’s tolerable. Only reason why it’s not 5 stars is due to the “built in USA” don’t be fooled this verbiage it is a Chinese compressor that is assembled in the US. Motor and pump casting seem cheap, but this is a more affordable comp and it runs great now, see how long it lasts. I would definitely recommend this compressor.

Going to review and poke fun at a couple of other reviewers that don't know much about compressors so it seems!
Waiting on delivery of a replacement for a stolen one. Has the output as advertised. Even when the tank is empty. It has the output of 0 just what it's supposed to be. Someone's head is empty output is not quite right. All air compressors of this size do not come with a cord or plug! All brands and makes have no cords or fittings and say they aren't supplied in their description.
I researched again and the Campbell Hausfeld is a great product reasonably priced with a 5000 hr. Lifespan therefore I'm buying another one. Going to buy a dryer cord & plug which is a 10 gauge wire too. Wish I could find a tank with output so I wouldn't have to pay for a motor, pump, and power to run it!

Compressor runs great but I think for the money paid you should supply a wire and plug, and also a fitting for the side of tank....also the yellow cap on top of compressor, when compressor runs for a long time oil starts to leak from the plastic cap. I had to put some white thread tape on but still leaks a little bit. I have to look every so often to see if it's leaking and wipe it all off.

I found this compressor to perform as advertised. My only complaint is that the paint on the pump was inferior as it was cracked and when I used a blow gun to clean the unit up (30psi limited), some of the paint chipped off. Purely cosmetic, but for the money, I'd expect the paint to stick.
I'm confused by the previous review, stated the output was 'disappointing' when the tank was empty. All compressors will have no output when the tank is empty regardless of two stage or single. 9 minutes to fill a 60 gallon tank is not too bad in my experience. It was also stated that it can't handle a die grinder. Most die grinders consume over 20 cfm and this compressor is rated at 11 cfm or so. No surprise there, if you need to operate a die grinder, you need a compressor rated for the demand.
This compressor operates as designed and advertised, is a good value for the money and I recommend it if you are looking for a good shop compressor. You may have some paint flaking off as I did though.

It's a decent compressor but the air output when tank is empty is disappointing considering it's 2 stage. Takes about 9 minutes to fill from empty and 2 to go from 125 to 175. It handles most tools well but a die grinder it can't.
