Great Mower, Built Like Mower From The Past, Though Electric
By Dominyk T.

Review Posted 03/22/2022
Purchased this Second-Hand, from someone who it appears, rarely used the Mower. Everything was pretty much like New, except for there was some Rust around the Discharge Areas and the Batteries were Dead.

The Mower is very Well Constructed, made like Push Mowers that were Made 20yrs ago were Made. Solid Handles, Wheels that Roll Straight, the Deck is solid, constructed of Metal, not all plastic like the Ego Series or Cobalt Mowers, as I had Researched the New Mowers and other Electric Mowers. The Motor is not as Large as Corded Electric Mowers and unlike those Mowers, it will not 'Cut Anything', though for Regular Mowing, the Mower is Perfect.

Might also Add, Replaced the SLA Batteries with Li-Ion Batteries and it will Mow for about 45min and even at Voltages at about 40V, the Mower will still Mow just fine, though it is noticeable that the Blades are Slower. This Mower does not have the Speed Control, Variable Speed, like the Newer Mowers do, which is simply something else to Fail. The Battery used to replace the SLA is techically a 46v, which I only ever charge to 44v-46v, which until the Mower gets below 41v, still works fine....

Replaced a LawnBoy Mower with this one and it appears to be a Suitable Replacement. I cannot attest to prior Performance from these Mowers, however if you are looking for an Electric Mower , these are Great Mowers and Should Last for Years. The Mower is Very Quiet, could easily Mow in a Housing Edition Early of the Morning or Late at Night, without Worry of Disturbing the Neighbors. The Blade is Thinner than most Blades, bends more easily than Typical Blades and would not recommend this or any Electric Mower for a Lawn with Debris.....

Durable, Quiet, Reliable, Id Buy It Again
Battery lasts 5 minutes.

When new, the battery run time lasted maybe 30 minutes. After a few months the run time began to shorten, about 2 minutes per charge. YOU must run it dead before charging, or it wouldn't even take a charge at all! I found no repair facility in to southern valley that would/could fix or even test it. The past two years it runs about 5 minutes cutting, then you MUST run it until it almost stops, with zero drag mind you! A leading battery franchise tested the batteries and said there are fine, but could sell me 4 new 12 volt batts for only $39 each! Last week the battery pack over heated/melted the case? I can not find a battery pack at all, or separate batteries less than $44 dollars each, Cub Cadet says, OH WELL.
