I bought this in November 2021 and fired it up with the first snowfall in early January. The engine ran very poorly. I could not fully take it off of choke. Called Snow Blowers Direct and they advised to drain and replace the gas. I did that and the problem persisted for the next snowfall that happened a week or two later. Sent it in for warranty repair and was advised by the repair center and a subsequent call to Cub Cadet that it wasn't covered because it was a 'gas' issue. Yet, I was using the same gas, stabilized, that I use in the riding tractor, which has no such problem. Cub Cadet had the audacity to tell me that gas from the service station is only good for 30 days. Tell that to the Briggs and Stratton people that know how to make small gas engines. I've had lots of lawn mowers, outboard motors, etc. and have rebuilt a couple of engines and Cub Cadet's excuse doesn't hold up.
In terms of features, I do like the power steering.
To their credit, Snow Blowers Direct agreed to reimburse me for pickup and delivery to the service center.
If I had to do it all over again, I would have purchased it from the place that does the repairs because the repair centers don't want to have anything to do with something bought elsewhere when it comes to the warranty.

With the larger engine, thought it would through wet snow. It didn't. Hard to start with pull cord.

The snow blower starts easily with pull, runs smoothly, blows well, and all the little things you need to do before you pull the cord are easy to see. Plus, it was clear how to assemble it. Amazing. A little reluctant to throw slush--only drawback. I've used it four times so far.
