It's too soon to rate the quality overall. It was used for several storms with a maximum of 8 inches, so nothing significant. It's used on a dirt driveway with a fairly steep grade of 11%. At the time of use, most of the driveway had a layer of ice, under the freshly fallen snow. Under these conditions, traction was excellent, and handling (features: steering, discharge shoot adjustments, speed control) was excellent. This machine is fairly large and can easily face 24" of snow.

I love the snow blower it's a super machine!! The only problem I found was a leaky oil seal on the third stage shaft but the shop is taking care of it. It only stops for ice. I also like the heated hand rubbers.
I also like the light cabin I got for it. The set screws are not the greatest, but I substituted them with bolts and locknuts.

I have only used this in fresh deep snow previously and it was awesome. After a month away, I returned to find my steep gravel driveway covered with about a foot of wet snow with an ice base, the blower walked right through it, it did not throw the wet snow and ice very far but it cleared the road. I cannot say enough about the track drive, it walks right up the driveway with little effort on my part. A wheeled blower would never make it. This will pay for itself by next season. Plus it’s actually fun to use..

I took this to our mountain home for Christmas. We have a long fairly steep gravel driveway that had not been cleared this season. The track system was awesome, and once familiar with the controls, this big bad blower is easily handled with one hand. It started easily on the coldest day using the pull rope (-15 below). Lots of fun and seems to be very well made.

It works well and is heavy-duty. It is big and hard to handle sometimes. The reverse one never worked. Ok, I use reverse 2. Too much hassle to return.
