I’ve used this for a couple of hours on two separate occasions.
Works as expected and the Honda engine starts easily.
Ships with no engine oil! Water pump has oil.
Robust power compared to my old Craftsman 2,400 psi.

After receiving the pressure washer it was easy to assemble directions that were easy to understand, but who reads the directions anyhow. It came with oil to add in the motor so a little gasoline and we were up and running. Performed better than I expected we will see if it outlasts the one that I replaced it with.

Fantastic, I love it. Works like a dream had no problems. Just paid attention to all the warning labels that say no oil, and there’s oil that comes with it so that was simple. My 1 and only problem/ complaint is the handle. Somehow the bone holes weren’t drilled so I couldn’t bolt the handle down until I put the holes in.

Just received this handsome pressure washer with the best possible combination of a Honda Engine and a Cat Pump. (IT JUST WON'T START)
I have carefully followed the (15) steps in the Start - Up Procedure on Page 14 of your De Walt Instruction Manual.
Supplied engine oil has been added and oil on dip stick is at correct level. Pump oil is at bottom of red dot as per instruction. Spark Plug appears to be in working order and seated correctly. Air Filter checked out as per instruction.
I have attempted to start the machine "SIX TIMES"
at 20 minute intervals...............AND have received only:
PUTTPUTT PUTT OR
PUTT PUTTTPUTTPUTTTT
Have completed all trouble shooting codes (1-8 and 36) listed in the back of the instructional manual.
HELP..........WOULD LOVE TO USE THE MACHINE/

Thank you for checking the manual first; most folks skip the "letting the water run through the gun before starting the engine" part and make things harder for themselves.
Hopefully you've also gone through the Troubleshooting Guide on pages 20 & 21 of the manual? The one we see most often is #36 "Air filter filled with oil". This happens when the unit is tipped during shipping. Cleaning the air filter element will fix the problem; the instructions on how to do that are in the Engine manual.
If none of the Troubleshooting tips help, please contact the folks at DeWalt directly at 800-433-9258. They may have other tips to help you; they can also refer you to Factory Warranty Service in your area if it's needed.

Purchased this at a big box store, was originally looking at an electric version, glad I went with the gas model. The electric ones returned in taped up boxes means only one thing.
After blasting the loose paint off our deck, and another day- power washing the siding on our house I have to say this machine was the answer. Plenty of power. Starting it is a learning process. Make sure there is oil in the clear oil sight on the pump, check engine oil level. Use only, and I am going to stress this- use high grade gas with no ethanol. Turn on gas valve, close choke- 1 pull, then open choke- One or two pulls usually starts. There is no clear indicator if the choke is on or off.
Another caveat is you have to squeeze the spray nozzle to release pressure on the pump, or the engine is hard to turn over - maybe they could of added a pressure bypass feature.
I found the hose a little short, maybe a 35 foot hose would be better as I had to move the machine around more often when on the ladder- by the way, be carefull you can be blown off ladders with this beast, and also wear safety glasses- this is not a toy.
After walking around the yard looking for the color coded spray nozzles, it appears they vibrate out of the holder, not a huge issue- but an annoyance.
All in all I would recommend the Dewalt 3200, the pump and motor are serviceable- unlike most brands.
