Extremely impressed with this machine. About 10 minute assembly (including the gas and oil). Stated on the 2nd pull.

Install fence daily 600 to 1000 ft per week. Couldn't do it without this auger. Plenty of power and not overly heavy.

Where is my order

I ordered a 2 man auger on the 26th of April you said it was in stock and would receive it 5 to 7 days. Well your wrong I ordered it because I needed it for my business and the shaft and 12 inch auger is here but that doesn't help me the motor has not showed up . Talked to customer service and they can't tell me a thing because they don't have any tracking info. So I think your service is terrible and want a return slip for the parts I got and cancel the rest (the two man auger) I'll buy it somewhere else.

Expert Response
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with your order. The unit is a drop ship item, so it is not in stock. This being said the auger did ship with your bit and extension shaft, but the auger was damaged in shipping. Again we apologize for this unforeseeable delay. A replacement unit was shipped out as soon as it was found the auger was damaged.

Excellent Earthquake Two Man Earth Auger
By Toby

Purchased 02/28/2013 |
Review Posted 03/31/2013
This purchase replaced our Earthquake two man auger I had purchased about 7 years ago. It was used often on our farm for digging post holes, water hydrant holes, and pole barn pole holes, in loose shale ground, It worked like a trooper with minimal maintenance, until it was recently stolen. This newer model is as good or better, particularly the easy pull start, and an engine manufacturer that will likely remain in business rather than go out of business as happened with the previous Earthquake gas engine manufacturer. This new model was delivered timely and in fine shape, along with 8" auger. Also used it to dig holes to plant young trees. Bit on auger can be easily changed out/replaced.
