We have had this model for 3 yrs now and due to storms we have about 75 hrs on it. The performance is awesome. We use the 50 Amp to our house. Run a 2000 sq ft house with a 4 Ton Ac with no problem. I wish it was a little quieter but highly recommend

I bought this mainly because I have had several gasoline generators in the past and keeping enough fresh fuel on hand and trying to get gas after a storm is problematic. Now, I just connect my 50 amp cable and 1/2 natural gas line to the generator, connect the cable to the outside electrical interlock box (had that installed) and to the natural gas meter assembly (had a valve and quick disconnect installed to the existing NG gas inlet). I used licensed, experience electrical/gas techs for both installations. Don't take chances doing it yourself because in the event of serious issues (fire, leaks, etc.) it may void your homeowners insurance. Not worth it. The delivery guys were great and placed the generator in my garage so I could install the wheels. Recommended!

I personally purchased 6 of this generators. Overall they work good. I love multi-fuel capability and it works really good. I swapped from N.gas to Propane then to gasoline and it was flawless. The digital reading screen where you can see if the hz, voltage and hrs is very practical. 1 out of the 6 generators the start button burned out really quickly, but it has dual contact. I was able to move the wires to the other connector and no more issues. The generator works good but when try to start with natural gas it takes forever. Glad that is electric start.

I haven't used the generator for a power outage yet but, set it up to work off natural gas. Runs well and pretty quiet. I just wish the wheels were a little better.

I have not had to use this generator and I hope that I never will. The only time that I have ran my generator is for a test run of the three fuels, that worked out with little to no problem. The natural gas run was a little hard to start so I ran it on gas to warm it up first, then switch over after, was ok then.

Very well made unit they was easy to get hooked up and operational. I haven’t put a load on it yet but got it running initially on NG with no problems. I bought the optional NG gas line and it connected easily. Startup instructions are pretty good. I used almost the entire quart of oil to fill the reservoir to near the H Level on the dipstick. Overall highly impressed with this unit.

Worked perfectly. Great value. Tested with all three fuels. Ran central A/C. Mistake I made was not putting enough oil in the sump but that was a good indication to me that the failsafe's worked!

The generator works very well. Unfortunately it arrived with a crack in the front of it. I’m just glad it works because hurricane Ida just ripped through here and we’ve been without power for over a week. Having the ability to use natural gas has been priceless. Getting gasoline is impossible as none is available.
