The price and quick service (delivery) was outstanding. Made the purchase on a Thursday afternoon. The transfer equipment was delivered the next day (Friday) and the unit and battery were delivered 3 days later on Monday. What more can I say?

We purchased this transfer switch to upgrade the 100 Amp load center that came with our Generac generator purchased from Power Equipment Direct in 2014. Now instead of only having some circuits backed up our whole house supply transfers over automatically. PED had the best online price. Installation was straightforward and the instructions were clear.

Can't give any more Stars for performance as I haven't purchased my generator yet, but I think it will be just fine. Wanted to hook everything up ready so I didn't need to get the utility company back to pull the meter. Ordered it over the phone as I had a couple of questions. Helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Great little switch but factory should make sure the little spade connectors make tight contact. The commercial power control leads that powers the solenoid switch were loose as a goose, to not make contact on the "normal" power side. All it took to fix is a squeeze on the connectors. Works great now but it cost us a service call and a little egg on our face.
