Is this the one that goes with the kit, the pressure pro 4,000psi 4gpm belt drive, Cat pump and runs about $2,199. I'm not sure if I got the DCFSCP18 OR DCFSCP18GZ? I bought the kit and got one of these and had to bring it in to get fixed right away, but they just said the direction of the 25-degree nozzle needed to be in line with the direction of the bars angle straight, but got it back and feels the same. Shacky, the bar, and nozzles don't line up straight but they said it's normal. It works but had to adjust the height and bring up the swivel so some the nozzles didn't eat up the concrete but seems to be fine. I used a BE once and the one I have and they just seemed different than mine, mine needs weight to keep it on the ground and slightly shakes and have keeled the nozzles, so know it's not that. I feel like it's the bar, but It works just seemed like mine was off in design and just will wait and buy another one locally and see the difference. For now, it gets the job done and I have a new bar on the way, just curious to see the difference and the bars. Honestly, I feel like I got a returned one, not a new one. The same goes for the hole kit really. I'm just thankful for the knowledge I have obtained from this kit due to its problems.

I have had this for over a year now. It works great. Cleans very well. I would recommend this to homeowners and even contractors. Not as fast as bigger ones but nice for the price.

Be careful of what power washer you have. I have a Troy-Bilt and was expecting to hook right to it. I was mistaken it does not.

Our specs and the Owner's Manual PDF we have online show a 3/8" male quick connect plug, so it should work with any hose having a 3/8" quick connect female coupler.
We don't sell Troy-Bilt, but a quick check of their site shows all of their current units have 1/4" hose- so if you have one of these or something similar you would need an Adapter.

Purchased this surface cleaner 'lil over a month ago, I used it on my neighbors driveway... I noticed tiger stripes and went over it a second time.
Contacted Mike on this issue and he said I was using too small of a hose and it was restricting the water flow and to use a 3/8" hose.....thank you Mike for the info.

Originally I tried using it with an under powered pressure washer (2.5 GPM and 2500 psi) but it left stripes. I decided to upgrade my pressure washer to a 3.5 GPM, 3800 psi.
For the first 30 minutes it worked great, then it began to pulse and leave little curved mood stripes. It still was much better than not having a surface cleaner, but still not what I wanted. I emailed pressure washers direct and they told me it sounded like a plugged nozzle. I will give that a shot.
What does bother me some, is that pressure washer direct refers you to the manufacturer rather than standing buy the product. I've seen that in other reviews as well. But, I will try their recommendation and hopefully it works.

I don't see info for 18" Surface Cleaner except the picture. I would like to see better pictures of it, particularly how does it work, what pressure it needs, what kind of surfaces (smooth -roof surfaces or rough concrete surfaces like walkways or silicon coated roofs etc.)
