Works great on pavers, had one with wheels an it would try to hang in cracks. This unit floats over the cracks.
Only complaint is it leaves streaks about 8” wide on concrete, trying to figure out why.
I use a 4K/4gal machine and tried different rpms.

We are very sorry to hear you are experiencing some issues with your surface cleaner. The unit does require 3.0 GPM and we first recommend to clean the spray tips on the bar with a pin or blow out with an air compressor. Majority of the time the tips are clogged from debris in the water. We highly recommend you contact the folks at BE directly at 561-668-9246 if you are still having issues to have them diagnose the problem and have this covered under the 90-day warranty that comes with the unit.

Easy to assemble, easy to use, attached to a 4000 psi washer it does a driveway in no time. Perfect for a small business of one person doing some surface cleaning.
A tip, go forward, then backward at a slow steady pace over the same area and that'll get rid of the lines without having to use any chemicals.

I purchased this surface cleaner to clean a large driveway/walkway and pool deck area. The surfaces were very dirty and had been neglected for years, so dirt, mold, and mildew were all well established. In the past, I had used a pressure washer and standard wand, but it took forever and did only a so-so job. Those days are over.
The unit comes disassembled but in a good, sturdy box, well packaged. Assembly of the unit was simple and straightforward. I was impressed with the quality of materials and construction. I paired the unit with a 3,300 psi, 2.8gpm pressure washer. I was concerned this was on the low end of the range for sufficiency, but it worked great. I pre-treated the areas with a 3% bleach solution (using 30% solution of chlorinating liquid from a big box retailer) sprayed on with a pump sprayer and left to sit for about 10-15 minutes.
I was blown away by how well this unit cleaned the area, and how incredibly quickly it cleans large areas. I've attached a couple of photos to show the level of clean it provides. I wish I'd have bought one of these 20 years ago. I strongly recommend this product.
It is easy to maneuver, as the spray downforce makes it kind of almost float over the surface. The squeeze trigger is comfortable, even for several hours, and requires minimal force to actuate.
Strongly recommend.

I only had the opportunity to use this once last year, but it's love at first sight. Works great, doesn't lift, and the diameter is ideal. I use it with a 2400psi, 5.5GPM Honda pressure washer.

I've used this with my Simpson 4400psi 4gpm unit and my Magnum 8gpm 3500psi hot washer and it works well. Whwn using it with my 8gpm unit, I have to zip tie 2lb dumbbells to it in order to keep it from flying away. Also changed the nozzles to #4

Quick question? My Hammerhead 20' doesn't have a Zerk to add grease? Use it, love it, but concerned it's going to burn-up. Checked the top and bottom, no attachment? Bought it from you'll about 2 months ago. Did I get an old one or is there another way to lubricate it? Thanks

I have purchased this model: ALH3228-S from you a few weeks ago. What would be the best surface cleaner for my machine? Alot of the reviews for the 16" cleaner say that a 3200 psi has a hard time running a surface cleaner rated from 3100-4000.
