This is a decent reel if you're putting just water through it, but I do not recommend putting chemicals through it. When my reel arrived it was neatly packaged and complete. Some parts already had rust on them from having been tested prior and then not completely dried out. I think this is probably normal and it did not hurt performance. I ordered two reels and one of them had a significantly questionable weld inside the manifold at the connection for the hose you would attach to it. This weld looked like popcorn city and it will be interesting to see how long it holds before leaks occur. Another issue with this reel is that if you plan to stack it, the stacking kit required will leave bolts/nuts protruding on the bottom which doesn't allow a flat surface on the bottom for mounting. I had to get very creative when mounting these reels after having added the stack kit by creating holes for the protruding bolts/nuts to recess into. Overall, this is a solid reel for the money you will pay for it. There are better options out there but you will pay for that too. If you need a reel just to feed your buffer tank, or a reel for high pressure that will never be used to downstream chemicals, I would recommend this reel.

I bought this from Pressure Washers Direct and my shipment was late about two weeks.
I was told I will be refunded in full and they charged me for the shipping even though it was not my fault my package was delayed for two weeks and when I open the box it was used and parts were missing so I called them and they told me they will issue me a refund but they still charged me for shipping. Very ridiculous I will not buy anything from this company anymore. Also when I called there was a lady named Rosa she hang up the phone on me. Very rude and ridiculous service don’t waste your time buying stuff from this company.
