Love The Blower

This is my first Husqvarna, and my first time with Snow Blowers direct So, I researched it a lot, overall, so far it's a quality machine, there are a few things they can improve on. I know that this model is a new design this year, the ST427T and the ST430T were both models I looked at, and the 427 was available and not the 430. I don't know if the 430 would have been better (more power) or not, but pretty much they are the same machine. The electric start is the best, I've found when I turn the key to the on position and wait till the pump turns off, a slight whine type noise), and then turn the key to start and it pops right off, doesn't matter the temperature. The EFI is great. The hand warmers work ok, nothing to write home to mother.
Mine was missing in shipment, but I called and talk to Sarah, Brittany, Robert, Jake, and I know I talked to more of them, and they were so helpful. The switch came the other day and I put it in, no problem. Track #1, Hydrostatic transmission #1, love it, cruises right along in forward and in back. The height adjustment makes backing up a breeze, turning levers make turning one-handed easy. No fighting the machine whatsoever. The chute control side to side is good at best, the top of the chute works as it should. The light works well, but down the road, I would like to move it to a higher location to see more. It does seem to be a little underpowered, although I'm not sure. I have only blown heavy wet snow so far, and it seems to labor a little. You just have to slow down. All in all, I'm very happy with the blower and Power Equipment Direct/Snowblower Direct. It's a great place to shop, and I will shop here again. I would have put some photo's on, but the site wouldn't allow it.
