I have had 2 of these 4 cycle machines and most pleased with the performance, easy start, no mixing oil with gas, using gas only with trouble free operation.

I received my trimmer on 5/28/22. Not even working for five minutes the clutch went out on the trimmer. 5/31/22, I called your customer service and they stated that I had to call Husqvarna and take it to their Service Repair Center. I called back to Mowers Direct customer service, trying to replace the unit, and you wouldn't HELP. As of today I still haven't got my unit back. I have bought many items from you in the past, but I will buy in the future my items from Amazon, at least they will give you a thirty days return.

First and foremost thank you for your purchase. We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback and we can certainly understand your aggravation. We will forward your review to the manufacturer so they are aware of the situation. Engine-powered equipment cannot be returned once it has been gassed or oiled due to federal shipping regulations. If the product has been gassed or oiled, it needs to be taken to an authorized service center for repair which may be covered under warranty. Husqvarna does have local service centers to inspect the unit and apply the warranty procedure to repair it.

Thanks to CA I cant get two stoke anymore. Good by power. The machine itself is very well mart, super easy to start, and very quiet. But lacks any real go.

Easiest trimmer to start ever. I'm a 63 years old female and not a bodybuilder. This trimmer is easy for me to start and handle. Expensive but well worth the money. I wouldn't be able to use a lesser trimmer for all I need to do.

This product was delivered in a timely manner and it was better than expected. After adding the oil and gas, it took several times to finally get it to start, don't give up too soon. Once it started, the motor noise was a lot less than previous trimmers and it is a lot stronger too. We are now huge Husqvarna fans. I would highly recommend this trimmer.
