Easy to start. Does a beautiful job on my lawn. Cuts down time by 40% and I am still learning how to drive it. Best money I spent on lawn equipment. Very well built.

Poor mowing quality, even in the grass that’s not very tall. Maybe the blades didn’t come sharpened good enough, not sure, need to resharpen before I mow again. Clean out port plugged, doesn’t work. I also ordered some armrests, got sent two left-handed ones, not very handy.

We apologize about the armrests and hope the full refund was satisfactory. As far as your mower's performance goes, the blades should be good-to-go. This zero turn model is exceptionally fast and though speed is great, taking it slower will enhance the quality of your cut and likely improve your cut quality. For the washout port, please try and remove the plugged up debris and you should have no problem using this feature.

I love this mower, I cut my mowing time down by more than half and it is so much easier to steer than my old tractor that I don't feel worn out after mowing. It was also much cheaper than most other models of comparable size.

I have been using my Z254 mower for a full month to cut about 4 acres a week and have not had a single problem. It does the job well. The Kawasaki engine is a beast and you really can't beat it for the price. I wish I could get more excited, but after all, we are talking about cutting grass and it is Africa Hot where I live.
