The Husqvarna ST427T 27 389cc Two-Stage Track Drive Snow Blower is a must for this upcoming snow season. The electric key start is so easy, simply turn the key and off you go! The track drive traction feature keeps in constant contact with the ground for ultimate traction for those that work on inclines or slippery surfaces. Heated grips allow fingers to stay warm for more comfortable operation during cold snow storms. The Husqvarna ST427T 27 389cc Two-Stage Track Drive Snow Blower is a great asset to have for this snow season!

Worst machine Ive ever owned

I bought this in November to be sure I was ready for winter. The first time I used it I was disappointed with the throwing power. The second time, the auger belt broke, the third time the chute fell apart, the fourth the drive belt failed. Finally, when I returned home from from latest trip to the repair shop, the forward steering failed. Husqvarna has been no help and I have a $4000 snowblower that doesnt blow snow.

Top notch machine to get through Minnesota Winters

Easy to set up out of the crate with easy to follow assembly instructions. I recommend using the instruction booklet rather than the quick start sheet. Easy to use, clears wide path, throws snow far out of the way. Clears the plow debris at end of driveway with no problem.

I highly recommend Non-Oxy Ethanol free fuel, which was easy to find at my local gas station. With the non-oxy gas, it starts on the first key turn every time.

Excellent machine, wish more buyers would review, it has a low rating because of one persons review due to a damaged shipping crate. That buyer should be blaming the shipper, not Husqvarna for your issues.

Disapointed...

First year I bought the snowblower, I had a bracket that came loose and the machine was ratcheting big time when putted in reverse. Plus, the hard starting that comes now and then is the major issue with this machine. Sometimes it starts perfectly and the week after, it floods and will not start. I always put high octane ethanol free gas and stabilizer and the battery is plugged on a battery tender to maintain full charge all year long. Told the dealer first year and he said it was the way I start it. I do exactly what it is said in the owners manual... This year he told me to change spark plug for a NGK hotter spark plug BPR4... Change nothing. Now, I am gonna have to take it there again and have it repaired at my expense. Machine is 3 years old and has 23 hours on it. Been buggin since day 1. Very disapointed for a 4500$ machine. I am done with Huskies.

Has meet my expectations.

Ive used 427ST with hydrostatic drive. Gravel rd and driveway so adjusted skids to max. Old SB would hit a semiburied frozen ston and stop. After doing this several times had to replace friction drive wheel several times over the winter. The hydrostatic drive resolved those issues. Used it to plow thru 24 snow, breaking over the top of the blower on my road the plow couldnt clear. I made the single path and was able to bite off 3/4 width… took time but worked like a champ. Only issue I cant get a cab for it. The battery placement and steel enclosure prevents it. Other than that the hydrostatic drive in reverse in a tight quarters has dumped me in the snow. PS 77 yrs old when purchased.

I bought this snow thrower early winter. After arriving 3 week later, damaged, local repair man was able to get it unbent and missing dip stick replaced. When used for the first time, auger belt disintegrated in 60 seconds as the belt pulley guide was installed backwards in the factory. Husqvarna is refusing to pay the $200 repair bill for this warranty work on a BRAND NEW MACHINE. Hard to believe they are still in business with this lack of customer concern! Products are good - Company management is not.

Complete waste of money

I bought this machine just over a year ago. Within the first month a drive bolt had snapped off, Luckily it was within the fist 3 months so the machine was picked up by the service center. Later, a snow deflector came off and disappeared into the woods by my driveway. Now it is the defector latch cable that is completely chaffed because, from the factory it was not routed correctly. I am now told I must pay for the entire deflector assembly, because you cannot just replace the cable, at a cost of over 100$ because cables are only guaranteed for 90 days. When bringing the machine to the dealer we found a broken adjustment bolt in the truck bed no idea where on the machine the part came from. Add to this parts and screws are already rusting. add to this that the drive lever is extremely stiff so your wrist gets tired very quickly and this cannot be adjusted. This machine only has 30 hours.
