I'm glad you like your compressor! We say this unit ships in 4 to 7 business days (Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays). I checked your file- you ordered on Thursday, 6/2; the tracking info from the shipper shows they picked the unit up on 6/9, the 5th business day after you placed your order and within our stated shipping window.
We emailed you the tracking information on 6/13, the same day we got it from Ingersoll Rand. That's also the day we collected payment from your account.
The shipper shows they delivered the unit on 6/14, 3 business days after they picked it up. It may have seemed longer since you needed the compressor right away, but that is a reasonable delivery time for a freight shipment from Kentucky to Delaware.
