Took delivery on 12/14/2018. Within 2 weeks the low-pressure relief valve was chattering at 50 psi and would not build pressure. IR sent a new one within 2 days. The problem went away for 3 weeks before starting again as well as the pressure switch leaking air. Called IR around Jan 28. A technician finally showed up on Feb 5. Tech fund 5 valve reeds shredded internal. IR recommended replacing valve plates even though the cylinder walls were scored and oil was bypassing the rings. After numerous calls and my insistence, they agreed to replace the pump. AS OF TODAY, 2/12 THE COMPRESSOR THE PUMP HAS NOT BEEN REPLACED AND THE COMPRESSOR IS DOWN.
