Wow, its the best I've ever bought, Here's the scoop. I bought mine from home depot back 30.5 years. Someone had bought it too do their own repairs brought it back to the store. Didn't want it at that time it had a price tag on it for 498.00 I still have the price tag on it lol Now they are 1700.00 to 2000.00 depending on where you buy it. Too honest I'd buy it even at the high price. Its great equipment, love it. Since then I've bought a big one for the garage GO INGERSOLL GO

Seems to be a solid compressor. I bought it for use by one of my hired men so the real test is how well it holds up over the course of several years. At the moment though it all showed up and seems to work well. I was somewhat annoyed that ACD did not notify FedEx the shipping company that we are a business or give them the delivery phone number so they showed up unannounced after our usual business hours, it all worked out but could have been bad. Also, I found the same compressor for $199 less at a local store a few days after purchase. In general, I have used IR compressors for many years and find they have a solid product and this one fits the features we were looking for.

Took delivery of this compressor on August 14, 2015. It was packaged well and in perfect condition. After attaching the feet, filling both compressor and engine with oil and filling the fuel, I pulled the starter cord and amazingly, it started after just one pull. This baby puts out. Easy to pick up and move, too. Well worth the price.
As a side note: Air Compressors Direct was also great to work with at the time of purchase.
