I'm sure its a good product, don't know. Paid for it, now if ii could actually get the compressor that would be great.
Been waiting two weeks for my compressor to ship it says it ships in 4 to7 days 2 weeks and your company can't even get in touch with Ingersoll Rand to find out what is going on. You had no problem taking my money. Would love to get what I paid for.

We respectfully disagree with your assertions. I had to search for your order- it was placed under a different email address, so you didn't get the notice we sent on 4/20 letting you know the order would ship on 4/21. We also returned your call on 4/20 and told you personally about the ship date from Ingersoll.
Ingersoll Rand told us that their orders ship in 4 to 7 business days (Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays). Ingersoll Rand says your 4/7 order will leave their dock on 4/21- that's the 10th business day, and the reason we notified the email address on your order. Our website also says "Factory items ship direct from the manufacturer. Shipping times vary."
As soon as we get the tracking information from Ingersoll Rand we will email it to the email address on your order, and only then will we collect payment on your credit card. Our customers only pay for what actually ships.
