As far as packing is concerned it could definitely be a little more secure to avoid damage to the pump. I received my pump with a broken float switch wire. There was no issue having it replaced once I provided pictures of the damage. Customer service was excellent!

So Far So Good!

Installed this a few weeks ago to replace a standard sump pump because the volume of water was burning out regular sump pumps once a year. Obviously, I don't have a huge track record to report on but so far this pump is running top notch and moves a heck of a lot of water. Installation was quick and easy even with a complete overhaul of the exit lines.

I have two of these pumps in a lift station that all of my other sump pumps and drain tile feed into. They are pump a lot of water, can run continuously, and won’t plug with sand or leaves. Worth the investment.

Quality pump from a manufacturer that has put a lot of thought behind making rugged, dependable products. Loved the pump sizing tool on their website - made finding the proper pump a breeze. Best tool out there in my opinion.

Workhorse Pump Does The Job
By Suzann L.

Review Posted 03/15/2018
We use this pump for pumping dog sewage from our kennel to the lagoon which is quite a ways uphill. It does the job without complaint and seems to be holding up very well. We tried another brand pump before and it just didn't hold up, only lasted two years, we are going on 5 with one of our pumps and with the other pump which is attached to the house, we just put a Liberty in there as well. I would highly recommend these pumps, they are built to last and when you are dealing with this kinda thing, you don't want to be in there mucking around in sewage all the time fooling with a pump!
