Product, in my opinion is the best. The one I worked with I got in the 90s just now needed to be replaced. I love it.

The Little Giant That Keeps On Pumping!
By Michael G.

About 15 years ago, my wife and I bought a beautiful outdoor patio water fountain. The fountain came with a little, round water pump. We love this fountain and turn it on just about every day. Well, one of those days, the pump failed. Honestly, in this day and age of "planned obsolescence", I was amazed the pump lasted as long as it did. But, I should have known better. Not all pumps are created equal. This is a quality made pump.
So off I went to look for the original purchase info I had on the pump so I could by a new one. And wouldn't you know it, I couldn't find it. None the less, I had faith that the internet had exactly what I was looking for. But, after what seemed like hundreds of different searches, I couldn't seem to find the exact pump I was looking for. The specifications for the pump had to be a certain length and height and the water outlet had to be on the bottom of the pump not on the top. I even asked local hardware, pool, and aquarium stores and nobody could match what I was looking for.
Then lo an behold, one day I decided to try Water Pumps Direct.com and there it was! I had no idea that this pump was called the Little Giant. And a giant it is! Such a great pump. A solid, quality made pump that never fails (well almost never). This Little Giant just keeps on pumping!

This pump is very nice. I brought to replace old pump. This new pump was updated and it was difficult mounting it on. Mounting holes did not match up.

I was replacing a Little Giant pump that was 40 years old. The model numbers did not exactly match so I called the company. They got me the right pump and it works great!
