If you require a water pump this is the one to buy. I've tried many home depot, Costco ect. All returned. Then decided to keep a spare just in case.

Great sump pump for use in dirty areas. The internal float causes less problems than the externally mounted float in our business. Often small amounts of debris accumulate in the sump and can foul up an exposed float. Get one in brass for important applications.

I purchased this pump as a standby replacement back-up pump. I decided to replace my original Little Giant sump pump after 40+ years of reliable service. That pump was still performing well but with the frequency of storms we've recently been experiencing I decided not to temp fate and replaced the pump with another Little Giant I had at that time as a Back-up.
I ordered my new pump through SUMP PUMPS Direct during the height of the Covid Supply Chain Period and was told via email there was a shipping delay. No worries, in the interim I still had the original Little Giant that I removed that was still performing prior to extraction. The new pump arrived, sooner than expected.
The packaging box was damaged but no apparent affects to the new pump. Little Giant makes a dependable product and hopefully the Back-up pump will perform as well as the original and I not be installing this new pump for some time.

I love my Little Giant. Saved me from my basement flooding. Does the job, quit and the automatic side mounted float is just nice. I would recommend this product, very solid.

My husband just put this pump in today. Three hours later it stopped working and my whole basement flooded! The switch is obviously faulty. I hope the company makes it right by letting us return it and get a new pump ASAP. It is spring, it’s wet and our pumps are running a lot. We need a reliable pump!
