A Great Little Pump
By John J.

This is a great little pump. It is the third one that I have used in this waterfall that I have had for over Forty years. My pump is on the outside of the waterfall not submerged. It is easy to install and does what it is supposed to do. My pump runs 10 hours a day 7 days a week.I take it out of service during winter. I would surely buy another one.

Expert Response
I'm sorry to hear that you were not happy with your purchase, however, you did inquire on 4/23/16 with the following question:
I am building a small solar heater for my above ground pool and I am looking for a low volume pump to suck water from the pool and return it thru the solar panel. Any ideas what is best? 115 V is best. Garden hose connections
And we did reply with the following:
I'm sorry to say that we do not currently offer any pumps that will handle chlorinated water. You might check with your local pool supplier for further assistance.
If you have any other questions, please let me know.

Great Service
By John G.

Purchased 03/12/2016 |
Review Posted 04/05/2016
This is the third pump that I have ordered. The service was great as the pump arrived in a matter of days. The shipping container was heavily damaged however, the pump was unharmed.
The pump works very well and as advertised. I usually keep it running 24/7 in my fountain even in the winter when it is below freeing. Generally I can count on a three year life with this usage pattern.
Care must be taken when cleaning. If the screws are over torqued when being replace they are impossible to remove again.

Great little pump
By Barbara R.

I have a small waterfall fountain on my deck. When the pump failed, I had trouble finding one that operated externally, instead of being embedded in the pool. Finally found the Little Giant, which has served me faithfully for several years.
When it died and I had to replace it with a new one this year, I found this little gem is still available. Ordered it, received it two or three days later, installed it, and my fountain works again! Great pump, great service. Thanks, Power Equipment Direct!
