Small And Powerful!

I have two issues with this pump. It died after 18 months of operation. Water pumps direct requires the serial # from the unit to fulfill warranty claims. The only issue I have with that is that it is printed on a tag attached to the power cord. Mine came off. I had the dated receipt but no serial number. Water Pumps direct made good on the warranty and replaced it without the serial # info anyway and I appreciate that immensely. I suggest it be stamped into the plastic or another form of more permanent fixture to the units. BUT this is a great pump!

We always suggest writing down the serial # in your owner's manual so it can easily be referenced in the future.

This Pump Is Doing Just What I Wanted It To Do!

The pump has only been in operation for a month, but so far I am very pleased with it and my experience. The pump is compact and quiet and transfering water 100' and 20' elevation. I get a strong stream out of a 1-1/4" rubber discharge hose.

Prompt delivery. Shipped with single 3/4 NPT 90' reducing elbow (as stated in ad). I replaced with 3/4NPTM to 3/4NPTF 90' elbow and 3/4" hose adapter to one outlet first, and then after testing, added the other outlet. If you use 5/8" hose for sprinkling, even at just 50' and 8' of head the pressure/volume will barely run one oscillating yard sprinkler. 3/4" hose will run two full oscillating sprinklers, one at 50' and one at 100', and a 5/8' hose with spray nozzle at 150'- - no volume loss but small pressure drop. Point is, all three work simultaneously, on each of the two outlets. There is a Huuuuge difference when adding the 3/4" hoses. Now my 3 to 4 hour daily watering chore is reduced to flipping the switch on for one hour. Could not be happier!!! Will have to wait for durability/reliability results, but no problems after one month.

A Powerfull Small Pump with A Small Footprint

I had not worked with stand alone pumps of this nature for a long time. I found it was easy to install the proper parts and the water fall is working great. Fortunately the old bleed off unit was still functioning properly, as I had to adjust the pressure. Many Thanks for the staff in matching the old outdated pump with the current version.
