I've been wanting to repower my 14-foot Lund from a 9.9 two-stroke outboard for quite a while. I absolutely love this Mercury this 20 HP four stroke. Electronic Fuel Injected, no more choke, no more carburetor. I got the electric start model. I don't think the starter cranks more than three times and it fires right up. Purrs like a kitten, you hardly hear it running. At idle and very quiet at WOT. No vibration to speak of..

Mercury has eliminated the stabilizer fin on these motors WHY??? The engine runs flawlessly, smooth, with great power. My boat pulls to the right due to torque steer, and now I have to fight the tiller to go straight. WHY, Mercury??? No stabilizer is UNACCEPTABLE!

I orderd this motor on a Tuesday afternoon and it arrived Friday at 2 pm. Fast delivery times! I would indeed buy from them again. Unless you are a beast, definitely order the lift gate service. Definitely worth the $50 extra. Very well packaged.

From Disapointed To Elation!

First had a 15 h.p. on order but 2 days later got a will sip in June!! Called and to fantastic service and correction of my order-ordered a 20 h.p. to replace 15. After some 2 days of research, the reps got my 20h.p. on a truck and a 3 day ship AND my original check was deposited in my checking account. And, the motor arrived in 2 days an the driver helped me transfer motor to my truck.
What a great outcome from originally wondering if I was going to be scammed out of my 2 payments of $3000 and $4000!!! The reps were fantastic!! and I am now running my new 20 h.p. motor without any grief!! Very pleased!! Fantastic service!!!!!

Great outboard with no Issues so far! I love the electric start option. It starts up on the tap of the button, also like the shifter on the tiller handle, very easy to operate. Perfect for my little 16' aluminum boat.

This motor is really easy to use & reliable!! Make sure to use fuel stabilizer cause ethanol can cause problems with starting & running!! The tiller adjustment is easy to adjust and push-button start is great!!
