This was installed in my parent's house - it was a bit cheaper than the heat pump and they have a new heating system - we just need the AC. It arrived earlier than expected from eComfort. Great Price and the condition and the delivery were perfect. My contractor installed it and - for the last 3 weeks this 12000 btu unit is cooling the entire 1700 square foot house.

Because of prior experience with this product (heat pump/ac combo), we purchased this brand again for another home we are renovating. It is winter so haven't used it yet, but we are confident all will be well as in the past. The units never failed us nor needed maintenance.

Fantastic. I lived in my old house for 25 years without air conditioning, and now I am kicking myself. Why did we wait so long to put in the Mitsubishi mini-split? There is NO COMPARISON between this and the window unit AC we used to have.

Can never go wrong with a mitsubishi system, especially at the price ecomfort was offering. Bought the system for a family room/kitchen area, about 800sq ft. Sizing was perfect(15K btu's) and cools most of the lower floor of the home! Super quiet and easy to install. Delivery was on time and driver brought the unit across a street and placed it in the garage for us. Great experience all around.
