“Some best-selling lists online are randomly generated by affiliate sites looking for a commission,” said Jose Castellanos, lawnmower expert at MowersDirect.com. “Other top-rated lists by magazines are so old that most models are already discontinued.”
According to Castellanos, the Mowers Direct lists are the best source for 2013 lawn mower rankings for three distinct reasons:
