The online retailer has come a long way in its short existence. Jon Hoch founded Power Equipment Direct in his basement five years ago with just a laptop and a cell phone.
This year, the company hired a new president, opened a new 14,000-square foot warehouse and launched its fourth niche superstore - SnowBlowersDirect.com - on a redesigned web platform.
"We've completely reinvented ourselves in 2007," said Jon Hoch, founder and CEO. "We're now poised for significant growth in 2008."
