I live in the midwest and with the snow meltdown and rain at the same time my pump can run every 2-minutes for days. I just looked at my tag and it will be 8-yrs in June 2021. Time to replace and I wouldn't use any other pump.

Great sump pump, I used to have a Zoeller M53 pump that died in just over a year. I replaced that pump with this pump off the recommendation of the people that repaired my drain tile. They said they switched to ProFlo because they are more reliable. This pump is heavy duty and well built. It pumps water crazy fast, much faster than my old Zoeller M53. I now have 2 of these same pumps, one as primary, and one sitting higher as the secondary just in case the primary has issues or the water comes in faster than the pump can handle. Overall great pumps, have not had any issues with these ProFlo pumps yet. Highly recommend.

I ordered 2 of these pumps and received then the next morning, not even 24 hours after ordering, which I was very impressed by. I used Sump Pumps Direct 8 years ago and these were replacements. Have not seen these pumps in action yet (no rain) bu the rep said they sell these to professionals.

We had a commercial property that had a roof drainage problem. That resulted in leaks inside the restaurant. We installed a pit on the roof, installed this sump pump and problem solved! No more roof problems. A low cost fix to what could have been a major issue.

Proflo sump is not good

I do not know the exact model for the sump pump I had. But My sump pump was from Proflo installed by builder (NVhomes) broke in 1 year and 6 month. With in one year it was tripping the GFCI, first we replaced the GFCI and later one again with in 6 month again tripping GFCI continuously. So finally got rid of this pump. Every time calling a plumber is much more expensive than a pump. I hope new pump from Zoellar works.
