Our family lives in a rural area in Calif. backed by national forrest. Our 20,000 + gallon pool is surrounded by evergreen pines and other vegetation. We researched water pumps for use in case of fire. Our pacer 200 GPM 2" is perfect. Set up is easy. After testing it out we are confident it will deliver enough h2o to soak the area.

We are building firefighting pallets for each of our sites. 4 of them are done and have been tested. The kits were perfect, we modified the intake hose to fit onto a 300 gallon water container. So we had to purchase 1 fitting, other than that everything was included! Excellent value and during our testing the water volume was impressive. Felt every bit as good as if the fire department had come!!!

Got it just in case as we back on chaparrel and have not had to use it, yet. Did set it up and test. Everything worked as advertised, easy to set up. With limited use, can't fully evaluate long term quality or performance, but no reason to think less than 4 stars. Had a few questions which Pacer handled well. Could have used more complete instructions on using it as a kit with a specific purpose, especially if user is a mechanical novice.

At first this was the answer to my problem. But after 5 times using. It just stop pumping. Motor runs very good.

Very sorry you're having problems with your pump. Pacer provides a 1-Year Warranty on this pump. I would suggest contacting Pacer directly @ (800) 233-3861 for troubleshooting the issue.
