This is not a dual voltage compressor! Modwl number is wrong. Did not get what I thought I was getting.

I asked our rep at the manufacturer's to check our page- he confirms that the picture, model number. and description are correct.
Please note that in the Features for this unit we explain that it is "wired for standard 120 volt outlet, may be converted to 240 Volt". That means that the customer would need to rewire the conversion to 240 volt service.
I checked your file, and the notes show that you provided the model number to us when you called to place your order, so the model number you received should be exactly what you were expecting.
Are you saying the wrong model was shipped to you? If that's the case, would you please send a picture of the serial number plate on your compressor to us at service@aircompressorsdirect.com? That way we can check with the folks at Porter Cable to make sure they shipped you the correct unit.
I'm sorry the folks at R&L Carriers didn't get the unit to you in a timely fashion. We appreciate your business, and apologize for any inconvenience.
