Very New - It Looks Good
By Curtis L.

Review Posted 08/31/2018
Now that I bought it, I hear powerhouse is discontinuing this 35-ton splitter. My question to the makers is WHY. I guess time will tell. I have split some very large green live oak limbs (26" rounds with it and it mangled the twisty, gnarly grain from this 90-year-old tree). Impressed the devil out of me!!! But again, for the price I got it for, time will tell!!! It may not get as much splitting time as some of you guys, but I do live 6 miles from the Gulf of Mexico. Not as much cold air here, but I do have a bbq pit and a fireplace.
