Looks Like It Will Work, But...

I own a fleet washing company and I bought this item to help with switching back and forth between soap and rinsing. I understand the concept of how it works, it uses the suction off of the stream of water flowing past the hole on the soap fitting.
For some reason it worked for about two semi trailers and then the soap stopped flowing. This became very frustrating and is probably an easy fix. You could make a one yourself at a hardware store for a quarter of the price.

Please make sure you're using the black Soap tip when using the soap injector- it's easy to rinse at high power and forget to change the spray tip.
You may also want to soak the filter in warm water & rinse the filter & hose thoroughly in case debris or wax in the soap solution is blocking the filter.
You can also give the folks at Hot2Go (HydroTek) a call at (800) 274-9376 to see if they need to replace any of the components.

Manufacturer Response
Thank you for purchasing our product. As the injector worked initially I'm guessing that the check ball / spring assembly in the injector housing has become stuck. This is the most common reason for any Down Stream Injector to quit working and usually happens when the soap isn't flushed from the system after use. Residual soap can dry in the injector and prevent it from drawing soap during the next use. If you want to inspect and clean the ball and spring assembly, you can unscrew the metering valve from the injector body. Unscrew the metering valve using a wrench on the hex portion between the metering valve and valve body. Use caution as the check ball and spring are small. If you find this doesn't remedy the issue, we'll be happy to send a replacement.
Thank you.
Thank you.
