"A longtime favorite of ours, the EB4040HC checks all the boxes required for a professional cold-water gas machine, including 4,000 PSI at 4 GPM cleaning flow, a Honda GX engine, a Cat pump, belt-driven, and more!
The belt-driven engine keeps the pump and motor cool allowing for more operational hours than a pressure washer with a standard engine. A low oil-shutoff makes it easier to protect your investment from overheating or breaking down in the field. Like the whole Pressure-Pro Eagle series, this model is built on an aircraft-grade aluminum frame that carries a lifetime warranty.
Add the EZ-start valve with adjustable pressure settings and a Pulsar Modular Unloader and you've got the pump water to flow in a loop back to the pump under virtually no pressure. Compared to the nozzle under operating pressure.
Again, in order to increase operational hours for the life of this pressure washer. Add in all the ""Business Kit"" accessories and you'll have a FINE head start for all those jobs you take on! "

The pulley fell apart less than a week after it was delivered. I called and was told I would need to call the manufacturer. I didn't buy it from the manufacturer.

This pressure washer is great! However, the customer service is less than acceptable. Now, I fully admit it's my fault I threw away a bag of parts. Pressure Washers Direct could not help me figure out what it was I tossed out, and neither could the actual manufacturer. So the missing parts are still missing and remain a mystery. Sounds funny, I know. But I was in a hurry, gave my wife a box that had the bag of parts, and she didn't go through the box as I asked. A while later I asked about the bag and she had no idea what I was talking about. So bye, bye parts. I tried to get a breakdown and it seems to be a mystery to all parties involved as to how this starter kit is actually put together. So, go order yourself this kit if you think you want a good pressure washer, just don't lose anything cause you're on your own!

Great pressure washer, works wonders. The only complaint is to have an actual soap container on the actual pressure washer. Almost every other pressure washer I’ve seen has this essential. Other than that small thing it works great. Also, the handle (where tips are kept) shakes very violently. I’m not sure if there is something I can do to stop this or just deal with it.

Product didn’t come with a proper way to check oil in the pump. No dipstick to check measurement nor does the sighting on the out of the pump allow you to see how much oil is in it because it’s entirely too dark. The placement of the drainage for the pump is facing in a terrible position when it comes to draining oil within the pump. Unable to place an oil pan underneath the spout to prevent oil from emptying out everywhere. Even contacted the company to request a manual for the pump which they informed me that they do not provide manuals for the pump.

I’m very happy with my purchase. Complete kit with everything I need. If you're serious about pressure washing and want to step up to a professional set up, then this is for you. One piece of advice is to get pump oil and extra o rings. I blew some out on the first time using it but it’s not an issue with the product.
