I freaking love it. Just changed the oil out before my first 25 hours…It’s got some real juice to it. The downstream injector works well. I feel as though it’s lost a little pressure which indicates a connection, water flow issue. I replaced my first broken sill …Finally hooked up a pressure gauge and it was “kicking” at 4000psi but seemed to be maxing out at 3500 with the trigger engaged.
I’m new, never been mechanically inclined, which is part of the attraction to these machines. I feel there’s no excuse not to learn and understand them. I feel a total sense of responsibility in caring for and having this machine succeed.
I welcome any tips any engagement.

Less than two weeks in service the machine started spraying water out of the blank plug, needed to use an o-ring to stop it.

Great product to get your foot in the door of power washing. Unfortunately with in the first 4 hours I had to realign the belts to proper spec. And now with under 15 hours it's leaking pump oil from the oil window. I'm not super impressed by this machine and will be selling it as soon as I can replace it.

This is my 2nd one. The first one I bought in 2011. The motor broke a valve after 11 years of running strong, replaced the head and running strong again. Got 8 years out of the pump, and started losing some pressure, so I replaced it. Now I have 2 EB4040HGs. Great machines! Like the upgrades on this model.

Hey I just had a quick question for you. I need to buy a new pressure washer and I was looking at the 3 belt driven machines and it looks like to me the difference in them on the good better and best is the pumps so my question is the cat pump really the best? I have a cat pump on a old direct drive and I don't think it's any more reliable than other pumps I've had on direct drive but now I'm wanting a belt drive machine for longevity. I always here that cat are the best but just wanted to know your opinion before I buy because I know they are usually the most expensive. Also a washer my friend has is a Dewalt 4200 psi 4 gpm he bought from home depot and it has an aaa pump I think the manufacturer is comet are those pumps any good? I'm interested in buying one from your website they are a lot cheaper then the local company here that I dealt with so let me know when you get a chance thanks.
